Meet The Team
Dini (Owner/Traffic Control Manager):
Dini has worked for various companies and on small and large projects from the time she obtained traffic control certification in 2006 to the time she incorporated Energetic Traffic Control Ltd in 2011. She's flagged for a wide variety of circumstances including all utility work; weather events such as floods, forest fires, storms, extreme snowstorms; accident scenes, explosions, scheduled burns, paving, high/wide loads, light controlled intersections, and new construction of intersections, highways and roadways.
In her time as a business owner, she has grown her business from a small 4-man crew to the 45+ staff she has maintained since 2015. Her role as owner and Traffic Manager has offered her a wealth of learning experience in all aspects of traffic control and management. Her time is split between family and work. She also enjoys competitive soccer, beer league baseball, conformation dog showing with great danes, riding dirt bikes, horseback riding, and spending time near water with her family.
Wendy (Office Manager):
Wendy has 20 years experience in the administrative and management field, with 5 of those years dedicated to Energetic Traffic Control Ltd. In 2014 she completed the Project Management Professional Course offered through UNBC which assisted in providing her with the required skills necessary to lead or function within a project management team.
Throughout her employment background, her tasks and duties have extended from managerial, administrative, quality health and safety to quality control. She fully comprehends all operational roles within a company and is capable of providing support where needed.
Wendy has a high level of organization and is driven by process. She possesses the ability to prioritize workloads, motivate others, solve problems assertively and is resourceful at executing any task presented. She is capable of handling time sensitive deliveries and is disciplined in achieving those schedules. Her professional experience and personal qualities make her a valued asset.
